The apartment is located in our single-family home in a quiet location. You enter the basement apartment through your own entrance, which looks friendly and bright thanks to the large triple-glazed windows.
On 60 square meters you will find a modern living room, which is divided by a beautiful, large tiled stove into a dining area with an extendable table and a TV corner with a real leather couch and smart TV.
The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, a raised oven and a dishwasher. A microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. are of course also available.
The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, illuminated mirror and heated towel rail.
The apartment has a large terrace with its own garden and seating area.
In the bedroom there is a 180cm wide double bed. In the living room there is a comfortable wall bed with a width of 140cm that can also be used if necessary.
For our little guests there is a travel cot, a high chair and children's tableware.
There is underfloor heating in all rooms, and we also control the temperature individually using air conditioning split devices. Please feel free to contact us before your arrival.
